Processing
Orders are prepared in Munich within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Delivery
Germany: 2–4 business days. European Union: 3–7 business days. Rest of world: 5–12 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Costs and duties
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but missing, contact hello@vanthiele.com with your order number within 7 days.
