Refund policy

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and hygiene seals intact.
How to start
Email hello@vanthiele.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
